We are looking for a tenacious member of the Nursing and Quality team who will support the delivery of the quality and safety agenda to ensure that commissioned services are safe and effective across Medway, North and West Kent. The role will involve analysing and triangulating complex data and information from a number of sources to inform provider performance monitoring, the identification of quality issues and the follow up of action plans. The post holder will be part of a dynamic team responsible for ensuring the quality of care across all commissioned services, reporting directly to the Head of Quality and working across multiple organisations and stakeholders. The post holder will actively promote quality improvement and reduction in inequalities across the Kent and Medway health economy, to ensure patient safety and quality services are maintained at all times and that patients have good experience of care.

A key part of this role will be the responsibility for preparing relevant quality and safety reports to be tabled by the Chief Nurse and Heads of Quality to CCG Quality Committees and Governing Bodies.
