If the answer is yes we would like to talk to you

The post holder will need to work seamlessly, ensuring consistent approaches to calendar management, preparation and collation of information including minute taking and meeting coordination. You will need to demonstrate a proven track record of working in a demanding environment, as well as having hands-on practical experience of complex diary management using Microsoft Outlook. The post holder will also need to have sound and current experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and be adaptable and amenable to undertake training on other electronic systems such as Covalent and SBS.

In addition to the above, the successful applicant will carry out a full range of administrative tasks including but not limited to organising venues for functions, preparation of agendas and associated documentation for meetings, as well attending meetings to take minutes, maintaining an electronic filing system, operating an effective ‘Bring Forward’ tracking system, and actively monitoring e-mails and actions, occasional travel across both CCG sites and to local NHS providers is required.
