We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to join our dynamic service within Barts Health NHS Trust.

Together our hospitals - Newham University Hospital (NUH) in Plaistow, St Bartholomews (Barts) in the City, The Royal London in Whitechapel, and Whipps Cross in Leytonstone - deliver high quality clinical care to the people of east London and further afield.

 

 

 

The hospitals offer a full portfolio of services that serve the needs of the local community, and are home to some of Britain’s leading specialist centres including cancer, cardiac, trauma and emergency care. Barts Health also has one of the UKs busiest childrens hospitals and internationally renowned surgical facilities.

 

 

 

The successful applicant will contribute to the acute Ophthalmology service at NUH and participate fully in the outpatient services.

 

 

 

The successful applicant will join a cross site consultant team specialising in multiple Ophthalmology disciplines. You will be based at NUH. There is support from a range of non-Consultant medical staff and a full complement of orthoptists, optometrists, and administrative staff.
