Following on the work accomplished by the current post holder you will join the Trust at an exciting time of development for our data warehouse, informatics team, psychological services performance reporting and clinical services. The Trust is focusing on population health, health outcomes and data visualisation and your work will be central to these developments. You will draw on your track record of performance management within an NHS setting and strong ability to form working relationships with clinicians at all levels, administrators, informatics and data warehouse staff and understand how to manage relationships with commissioners.

You will use your skills in capacity and demand management, data visualisation, informatics and data analysis to support clinical developments in addressing population health and the delivery of integrated care, the reporting and analysis of outcome measures to improve the impact of our clinical services. You will use your skills in SQL/informatics and performance management to ensure data quality and to devise systems that help clinicians maintain data informed high quality clinical services.

ELFT provides a wide range of community and inpatient services to children, young people, adults of working age, older adults and forensic services to the City of London, Hackney, Newham, Tower Hamlets, Bedfordshire, Luton and psychological therapy services to the London Borough of Richmond.
