A vacancy has arisen for an IT Technician in the Information Management and Technology Team (IM&T).

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to provide IT support to Somerset Partnership Staff across the County.

The post holder will be responsible for software and hardware across community and mental health services. The post holder will support the resolution of IM&T support calls in a timely and efficient manner, performing installations/configurations/relocations/decommissioning of computer hardware and software; fault-finding and rectifying problems; tracking the progress of IT support calls and promoting good practice in the use IT and information governance.

 

The post holder will be required to travel across the county.
