Job share considered.

The successful candidate will be the Trust’s Lead for Complaints and will have a full knowledge of the NHS complaints process. They will need excellent written and spoken English as well as good analytical skills along with an understanding of medical terminology and, ideally, have healthcare experience. We are looking for a positive person, happy working in a busy environment as part of a small team.

The Patient Advice & Liaison Service comprises, Complaints, Bereavement, Voluntary Services and PALS. The team works at two sites Harefield, near Uxbridge, and Royal Brompton in Chelsea. The post holder will be based at one site but will need to regularly visit the other.

We receive up to 150 complaints p.a. and approximately 2,500 concerns are raised via the Patient Advice and Liaison Service.
