The successful candidate will be dynamic, committed and passionate with a strong track record of managing services and moving them forward. They will also be a consultant level clinician. The successful candidate will join a strong team of Assistant Clinical Leads (each leading an MDT) They will continue to deliver the vision for the Liverpool CAMH service and help shape the service according to national and local drivers and priorities and to the changing needs of the children and families of Liverpool and the systems which support them.

They will be resilient and robust with a passion and commitment to service user involvement at every level of service development and delivery.  The service works hard to promote access for children, young people and their families and has a strong participation agenda lead by the multi-award winning participation group “Team Fresh” and the parent/carer group “Fresh Plus”.
