Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist (Adult Services)

Band: 5

Salary: £24,214- £30,112

Hours: 37.5 hours to be worked over 4 days

Location: Tewkesbury Community Hospital (and opportunity to work at Winchcombe Medical Centre dependent on experience)

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to be part of the musculoskeletal outpatient team at Tewkesbury Hospital. We are seeking a forward-thinking, motivated individual looking to develop their clinical and leadership skills and abilities within a supportive, positive environment.

Those interested must be focused on providing the highest level of care for our patients, as well as working with our close-knit team to develop the service for the present and the future.

The post is a full time substantive role at Tewkesbury Hospital, however there will be the opportunity to work in a busy GP surgery at Winchcombe Medical Centre.

Tewkesbury is a busy riverside town and is ideally positioned with excellent access to the M5 motorway, as well as being just 20 minutes from Cheltenham and Gloucester.

  • Wide variety of clinical presentations referred from Orthopaedics, Advanced Practitioners, Minor Injuries Unit, GPs and patient Self-referral

  • Full Musculoskeletal workload

  • Yearly and 6 monthly clinical appraisal with a senior clinician

  • Working closely with Gloucestershire Care Services MSK Physiotherapy Teams, Advanced Practitioners and the Clinical Specialists
