An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and motivated professional as the Operations Manager for HealthBridge Direct, Redbridge GP Federation.

The Operation Manager’s role is responsible for the operational aspirations of the Organisation and delivery of all the HealthBridge Direct Operational Management  contracts. This hands-on role is critical to the success of HealthBridge Direct and enables them to meet contractual requirements. The role will also ensure professional operational standards and excellence in patient care and safety are maintained.

 We intend to be an effective and leading member of future alliancing arrangements across the Health and Social Care economy in Redbridge. Therefore, it is important the post-holder can understand and promote the direction of travel in the context of the National Health Service.

 The Operations Manager will be responsible for operational management including human resources and training within HealthBridge Direct and the relevant operational services.
