Patient Experience Officer WECCG

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Patient Experience team in the clinical commissioning group to provide maternity leave cover until the end of January 2020. You must thrive when working in a complex environment with competing demands. The main part of the role is to manage a caseload of PALS cases of low to moderate complexity (including concerns, enquiries and requests for advice) ensuring that an excellent service is provided to patients, the public and staff. You must be able to demonstrate and maintain a quality service when coordinating a number of cases at any one time. The role requires a person with exceptional organisational skills who is empathetic and can work across organisational boundaries for the benefit of patients and their families.
