A unique opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated senior psychodynamic Supervisor and DIT practitioner to join Richmond Wellbeing Service, an IAPT service


AfC Band 8 (salary point entry dependent on qualifications and experience)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior psychodynamic supervisor with a qualification in DIT (Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy) to join the senior management team at Richmond Wellbeing Service
Working as part of the senior team, you will be able to work flexibly with initiative, in various locations within the Borough of Richmond including GP surgeries and other community locations. You will offer senior consultation as Clinician of the Day. You will offer assessments, senior reviews and brief individual psychodynamic therapy and DIT to patients entering the service. You will offer Line Management and clinical supervision, both in groups and individually, mainly to Band 6 and 7 clinicians. You will be responsible for specific roles within the service as agreed, such as management of waiting lists. The post holder will receive clinical supervision and line management from senior members of the team. The post holder will contribute to the CPD/training programme offered within the service, and will contribute to senior team meetings.


This post is offered as permanent full time, Mon -Fri, with the expectation that you work one late evening per week (12.00 noon until 8.00pm).
