An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Organisational Development Leads to work within our Innovative Organisational Development & Improvement Team. One post is permanent; the other is available on a 12 month fixed term basis.

We are working on an exciting and impactful agenda to support our workforce to deliver the best possible care to all our communities. You will work as one of four OD Leads to lead and support on a number of key OD areas of focus, including learning & skills development, talent management, leadership & management development, culture & engagement and system leadership. You will also work with Quality Improvement colleagues around improvement and team development initiatives.

We are looking for two highly skilled, creative and positive OD practitioners, with a passion for people and their development. You will be an outstanding communicator who is experienced in this field, and who can demonstrate a strong track record of achievement. We are a highly motivated team working within a dynamic Workforce Directorate, who will support you to give of your best.

Secondments for the 12 month fixed term post are welcome.

If you are successful in being offered a position which involves working with patients, you will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. The Trust will administer the DBS check on your behalf and will recover the cost (Enhanced £48.83 or Standard £30) from your salary.
