South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is currently recruiting for an Administrative Officer in the Adult Community Learning Disability Services across Kirklees Community Health Adult Learning Disability Services, based at the Fox View Hub in Dewsbury.

The applicant will be required to assist the multidisciplinary teams with the day to day administrative functions as well as support the Administrative Supervisor as necessary.

We are looking for a team member who is self-motivated, can demonstrate good leadership and organisational skills, is friendly and flexible in their approach with good communication skills and attention to detail. The post holder will provide a range of administrative functions, as well as demonstrate duties to new starters within the admin team into the department. They will be responsible for implementing administrative processes and systems that support the multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective management of admin functions. The applicant must be able to work accurately to deadlines, sometimes under pressure, use their own initiative, and be able to prioritise workloads. Duties will be varied and will include working with Microsoft Office packages, minute taking and audio/digital typing. The successful candidate must have excellent time management skills and have a good knowledge and understanding of IT systems and packages and be able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
