Associate Medical Director for Families, Young People & Children’s Services

(plus clinical role in either CAMHS or Community Paediatrics)

Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust provides a range of integrated services from over120 different locations across the City and County to include community health servicesfor both physical and mental health conditions, as well as specialist services supportingpeople of all ages including family and young people services, mental health and learning disabilities.

We are now seeking to recruit an Associate Medical Director to join the senior leadership team of the Families, Young People and Children’s Services Directorate (FYPC). The Service includes CAMHS, Community Paediatric Medicine, Children’s OT, Children's Physio and SALT together withAdult Eating Disorders, Psycholgis and Early Intervention.

Working alongside the Director and Associate Directors of FYPC you will be jointly accountable for the strategic planning, financial performance and quality of care provided by the Directorate.

You should be a senior Consultant with proven skills in engaging and mobilising people across professional groups in large scale change. In return for your dedication to championing FYPC services we will provide opportunities to support personal initiatives, research and specialist interests.

4 Programmed Activities (PAs) will be allocated to the AMD role and up to 6 Clinical PAs from within our existing vacancies.
