Founded in October 2018 following the merger of Community Links and Foundation Inspire North is at the start of an exciting journey, making the most of the opportunities the merger can bring.

As our Director of Development and Innovation you will possess excellent leadership skills and be an innovator, able to create ideas for new services.

We are operating in a complex and challenging environment and you will work with commissioners to position us effectively, securing new business opportunities by developing high-quality bids and tenders.

You will need a strong track record of developing new income streams, with a thorough understanding of operational service-delivery, especially within mental health or housing. You’ll focus on helping us achieve our ambitions and will be highly persuasive both internally and externally, with strong communication and influencing abilities.

Energy and entrepreneurial flair is essential. In return, this role offers an unrivalled opportunity to have a genuine impact upon the direction of the Inspire North group, help us be the provider of choice and to continue to grow our presence and impact in the North of England.
