At University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust we are currently recruiting for an experienced Deputy Facilities/Hotel Services Manager to join our Estates and Facilities Division providing a hands on management style to the below departments with St.Michael's Maternity Hospital:

  • Cleaning
  • Patient feeding
  • Portering/Linen Services

  • Have experience of managing and motivating teams
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, particularly in relation to statutory requirements and customer care

  • If the successful post-holder doesn't have the BIFM L4 equivalent then you will be required to undertake the qualification after the first 3 months. (funded by us)
  • The postholder will also be required to work earlies (7am-3pm), lates (11am-7pm) and every other weekend (8am – 4pm). This will attract unsocial pay additional to the salary.
