IT Support Technician (Permanent)

Salary: Band 4 £19,409 - £22,683

The Trust is seeking to appoint an experienced IT Support Technician to provide technical support to our Customers. This post is part of the Customer Services Team within the Information Management, Systems and Technology Directorate.
This is an exciting time to join IMST as new strategies are being implemented, which this role will support. Reporting to the IMST Customer Services Manager, the post holder will provide support to Customers on current estate and support the implementation changes and service improvements.

Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in an appropriate IT discipline, you will be highly organised, have excellent communication and listening skills, be capable of working in both a team environment and autonomously. Possessing excellent customer service skills, you will be focused on service delivery for the benefit of our customers. Previous experience of IT Support and providing customer support over the telephone is essential
