Capener Ward:

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our nursing team on Capener ward. We are looking to recruit a nurse into a band 6 role who wishes to develop skills in ward management and leadership but also has a passion for enhancing the care of the medical patient.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop within the organisation and support will be given to attend events to widen your experience, including deputising in the ward manager's absence.

We are an acute general medical ward with 29 beds. We have patients who require management of both the acute and chronic phase of their conditions. We offer staff training in our areas of speciality and pride ourselves on supporting personal development. We encourage the development of our staff, promote the role of the Trainee Nursing Associate, and embrace Student Nurses.

Capener Ward offers an exciting opportunity to both new and experienced staff. We are proactive with full multidisciplinary involvement in delivering the best care for our patients.
