Rowcroft Hospice services cover the 300 square miles of South Devon and a population of 280,000.  The Social Work team provides support to patients and families.  


Job Outline

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Social Worker to provide a professional and comprehensive Social Work Service, as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team, for those individuals and families referred to Rowcroft Hospice.


Person Required

You will have experience of MDT working, a working understanding of psycho-social support and excellent communication skills. The role will appeal to an individual who has a Social Work qualification along with the therapeutic skills required to support individuals with a life limiting illness and their families and carers.
