Band 3 – Part-time Receptionists Required


1x 6hrs Friday 8am-2pm


1x 6hrs Friday 2pm-8pm


An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced receptionists to join the Urgent Treatment Centre/X-ray, based at Teddington Memorial Hospital.


The Urgent Treatment Centre is open 365 days a year, 8am-8pm including bank holidays.


We are looking for candidates:


    • To work on part-time basis, with the flexibility to cover additional shifts weekdays, weekends, evening and bank holidays when required.




    • Be computer literate, as multiple IT systems are used and staff will be accessing a minimum of 6 different IT systems at any one time. Experience of I.T systems such as SystmOne is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.




    • Who are confident, highly motivated and enthusiastic to undertake this unique and exciting role.




    • Who have experience in working in a reception/administrative environment and like varied day to day work in a challenging environment




    • Able to work under pressure, have excellent communication and customer care skills.
