The Leeds GP Confederation is a new organisation and as such is still developing. The Health and Care system, nationally and locally, is also developing and changing. Clear, consistent communication through this period will be critical to the success of health and care in Leeds but also the Leeds GP Confederation.

The role will be key in supporting the Leeds GP Confederation in its development, the communication elements of its main areas of work, as well as developing our own approach to communications. In addition the role will work with many other providers of health and care, as well as commissioners and the people of Leeds, in ensuring collective good communication of complex issues. The role will work closely with the organisational evolution programme of work.
