The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced facilities management professional with a track record in a health service operational role for soft FM services, you will be a key member of the Estates and Facilities leadership team reporting directly to the Director of Estates and Facilities and will be responsible for developing and implementing the estates and facilities strategy to ensure the Directorate continues to deliver a safe and secure patient environment whilst providing cost effective and efficient services.

An enthusiastic team leader you will have the ability to create and communicate a clear vision and sense of direction in order to focus on our strategy to improve the patient experience/patient journey which will also incorporate a transformational change in how healthcare services are delivered in the future, as well as direct management of facilities related services. You will have a proven track record of delivering results through effective collaborative working with both internal and external stakeholders and you will have the skill set required to manage the delivery of complex programmes of work and managing within constrained resources.

The cost of undertaking a DBS disclosure will be met by the individual. The Trust will meet the initial costs of the disclosure, and you can choose to have this deducted from either your first month’s salary or in instalments over your first 3 months’ salary. The current price of a standard check is £31 and an enhanced check is £49.
