We’re looking to recruit an ADVANCED NURSE PRACTITIONER

We are happy to look at options and hours that will suit the individual

• Nurse-led management of acute undifferentiated and undiagnosed conditions includes minor illness, minor ailments and injuries

• Recent primary and/or urgent care experience – nursing qualifications RGN

• Recent experience of face-to-face patient care

• Degree level / Postgraduate level ANP/Specialist qualification or equivalent

• Evidence of recent study

• Recognised Independant Nurse Prescribing Qualification

We have come together from a merger of three local practices. We consult using EMIS Web and have been pioneers for electronic prescribing and workflow document management. We are a training practice with excellent QOF and we host GP Speciality Trainees as well as FY2’s and medical students from BSMS

Our current list size is 24,000 patients.  We have 10 GP Partners, 6 salaried GP’s, 1 ANP and are looking to take on an addiitonal ANP to support our growth and provide excellent care to our local community

We run specialist clinics - joint injections; minor ops; family planning; and community anticoagulation. Our fantastic nursing team run all chronic disease clinics and we host onsite midwives and mental health support

We have a great working environment and a team who meet for coffee every day and will often go out socially as a team. You will be well supported by our GP team.
