An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Band 5 Physiotherapist to work in Calne and Corsham Community team. Our Community Physiotherapists are expected to work within the multi-professional team to provide a seamless service and forge close links with other teams to deliver an integrated care model that supports a range of District Nursing and Therapy services.This post is suitable for newly qualified and experienced physiotherapists wanting to gain experience in the Community.

For this role you will need to be an excellent communicator, have strong interpersonal and clinical skills and the ability to work both flexibly under your own initiative, as well as part of a team.

The post holder will be working within a multi-disciplinary team providing a timely, flexible response to referrals and supporting people in their homes by providing clinical input and treatment. The role includes a focus on rehabilitation supporting our successful Home First service for patients on discharge from hospital.

Due to the nature of the role it is essential that applicants are able to travel independently across the locality and have access to a suitable vehicle for business purposes.
