An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager within the Property & Estates Development Team at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust.

 

The team works on a vast array of projects within a large portfolio of premises in the Greater Manchester area including car parks, retail units and various services in the community. The team works on a vast array of projects - from redeveloping new premises to expanding and improving various medical departments and facilities. With even more significant projects on the horizon, a rich diversity of challenge and opportunity are assured

 

As a Property Manager, you’ll be instrumental in the success of the development of the trust estate which has an ambitious capital programme, strategic and estates rationalisation plan. We will look to you to provide professional property management expertise and advice with the implementation of capital and estates strategies that ensure we achieve our development programme goals. Responding to changes called for by the modernisation agenda, you’ll ensure that we meet our statutory responsibilities and evolve in line with the NHS plan.
