An exciting opportunity has arisen in Poole North District Nursing.

Poole Bay is a forward thinking and innovative locality, embracing new ways of working and a rapidly developing model of integration. We are looking for a enthusiastic Band 5 staff nurse to join our friendly and highly skilled District Nursing teams, working with our wider Poole Bay multidisiplinary team and acute colleagues.

This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse wishing to commence a career in community nursing who may not have the necessary skills required at this time. This post is either full time or part-time permanent contract. Successful candidate will be fully supported to upskill in a team environment with the necessary skill to be an autonomous clinician in the community.

The successful applicant will be working with an experienced team of enthusiastic Community Nurses who put their patients first and are committed to providing quality patient focused care. There is a lot of change in community nursing we provide some very complex patient care. There can be many opportunities to progress your nursing career in community nursing.

Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. The DBS levies a charge of £44 and the Trust will recover this cost in instalments from your first 3 salary payments.
