We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Occupational Therapist to join the Mental Health Liaison Team based at University Hospital Lewisham. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic practitioner who enjoys working with a diverse range of clinical presentations. The role will involve working with adults of working age as well as older adults.

This is a part-time role and it is expected that you will focus on supporting the multidisciplinary team in the care and treatment of the most complex patients who require a specialised assessment that goes beyond the scope of the general hospital OT service. The post holder is also expected to be participate in frequent attender reviews and care planning.

You will be part of a growing multidisciplinary team which facilitates timely discharge and reduces multiple attendances of clients with complex mental health, physical health and social care needs.
