What we want from you:

We are looking for energetic people who want to make a difference and be part of dynamic teams who like to think outside of the box. You will be based on the Acute Lodges (2 x 10 bedded) and work with people who use our service whilst they are inpatients but also following discharge be part of the home treatment plan which gives you the flexibility to work in the community as well.

 

We offer a comprehensive Preceptorship packaged for newly qualified staff, supervision, paid staff meetings and as a service have a host of staff benefits.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills that you will use to facilitate (and develop for those newly qualified ) high quality mental health assessments, and to build good working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You work closely with both physical and mental health clinicians to ensure a seamless delivery of care.

All positions are subject to the receipt of satisfactory references and medical clearance. Evidence of valid professional registration and appropriate DBS clearances will also be required where relevant. All posts will also be subject to successful completion of a 12 week probationary period.
