We are looking for two Senior Support Workers to join our Community Resource Centre at Cleeve Court in Twerton, for22.5hrs and 28hrsper week.

Cleeve Court is a modern Community Resource Centre (CRC) based in Twerton, Bath. It has 2 floors which are registered to provide care and support for 45 residents needing residential and dementia care.

Cleeve Court is classified as a Dementia Care Matters Butterfly Service® home which has achieved Level 2 on the Qualitative Observational audit.

The successful candidate will:

  • Assist in managing and supporting the staff team in the performance of their day to day duties, including the allocation of work rotas, undertaking one to one and group supervision and support, developing skills and awareness and identifying training needs.

 

  • Assist the Registered Care Manager and the care team in the preparation, implementation and review of individual care plans, care records and risk assessments, attending reviews, and being involved in residents assessments prior to admission, including home and hospital visits where necessary.

 

  • Monitor the general health and well-being of residents ensuring early intervention where necessary to avoid hospital admission.

 

  • Ensure the proper control, recording and issuing of medications as prescribed by a medical practitioner and in accordance with Sirona’s Medication Policy, and supporting those who are able to administer their own medication.

 

Weekday Rate (Monday to Friday):

£8.75 - £11.06 per hour (dependent on experience)

EnhancedRate: (Weekends, Bank Holidays & Nights between 10pm & 6am):

£13.13 - £16.60 per hour (dependent on experience)
