This is an excellent opportunity to join the Directors Secretarial team at City Healthcare Partnership CIC.


We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and well motivated individual to provide a comprehensive secretarial service to our Directors. Working as part of the secretarial team, you must be highly organised having excellent prioritisation skills, able to work to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a friendly approachable nature are essential for this role. You must have a knowledge and understanding of confidentiality and also be flexible in your approach to working. You will need to be able to work with minimal supervision.


A sound educational background, excellent secretarial skills and possess an RSA 2 Typing or Word Processing Qualification/ECDL or ability to demonstrate appropriate skills. Knowledge of various computer software packages are essential, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook etc.

Hours are 20 hours per week to be worked Monday to Friday 10 am – 2pm. This is a band 3 post, all new starters will commence on £17,787. However, this role would be considered as a developmental role starting at a band 2 (17,460- £18,702 pa/pr) and would progress to a band 3, for the right individual.
