The Yate Reception, Out Patient and Minor Injuries Unit is a very busy and exciting patient care facility for the local population offered to South Gloucestershire and surrounding areas.

Theunit is open for Children and Adults to provideurgent or planned care to local people. The Minor Injury Unit supports the local Emergency Departments by avoiding sending patients to a Hospital setting. We give appropriate and responsive care to patients in a clean and pleasant environment.

The West Gate Centre is open 365 days per year between 8am-8pm

We are seeking to recruit additional Receptionists to cover the Yate Minor Injuries Main Reception and Outpatients desk, mainly weekend and evening shifts are available on a part time or full time basis. Cover at other bases within the South Glos area may be required on occasions to cover annual leave and sickness

Required hours of work will be between the hours of 8am and 8pm on a rota basis. Sirona care and health offer enhancement pay for unsociable hours.

You will work well as part of a team. The ability to relate well to people and to show genuine warmth, kindness and understanding towards individuals who need our care and support is essential

The successful candidate will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent including English and Mathematics, and have a high level of IT Literacy. Proficient typing skills is essential and NVQ level Il in Customer Care is desirable.
