Commissioning & Transformation Manager - Band 7

Full Time: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Base: Wren House

We have an exciting opportunity for a new Transformation manager role within our new Clinical Transformation Directorate.

Mid Essex CCG wants residents of Mid Essex to Live Well. This role will be part of the Transformation team that will deliver on this pledge.

The team forms part of the hub of the CCG driving the change agenda. This is a dynamic role which will have a key role to play in transformation and innovation of services, supporting and/or leading in the scope and design, development and delivery of change, working collaboratively with patients and clinicians to enact tangible impacts for our population.

The postholder needs to embody the NHS values, demonstrating real commitment to wanting to improve the way we deliver services for our population. We are looking for a dynamic, motivated individual who is a self-starter, able to adapt to new strategies, ideas and ways of working as they develop through the transformation agenda.

The post-holder will focus on transformation in the context of primary care development and Right Care methodologies, ensuring that quality outcomes are achieved through successful delivery of change programmes.

Defined areas of work will be aligned with the CCG’s Live Well model, but allocated according to the post-holder’s skills and experience and the overall needs of the commissioning team. There is the opportunity to work across a range of out of hospital, primary care and mental health areas.
