City Health Care Partnership CIC (CHCP) is looking to recruit enthusiastic and self-motivated registered nurses, including newly qualified nurses. We are able to offer a range of positions and experiences including community nursing providing nursing care in patients own homes, work within treatment rooms (for example wound care, phlebotomy and a range of clinical skills delivered in treatment rooms within health centres) and development opportunities in urgent care services. We offer services across Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire and aim to work with candidates to match our opportunities to the nurses own career aspirations.

Previous experience of community nursing is not essential and each successful candidate will have a named mentor and an individually tailored development plan.
