Adelaide Street Family Practice is an innovative and friendly practice spread over two sites in Blackpool. We are looking for an experiencedGeneral Practice Pharmacist.

The successful applicant willwork alongside anexceptional multi-disciplinary team which consists of GPs; Paramedic Practitioners ; Pharmacist ; Physician Associate and Practice nurses toensure the smooth clinicalrunning of the practice.

There are opportunites to develop and grow within a well respected training practice or to develop special interests with assistance from the friendly GP team.

The main areas of the role involve medication reviews; script switches; attending CCG meetings; daily tasks and both telephone and face to face appointments.

Good interpersonal skills and a reliable, professional attitude is necessary. Experience in using Emis Web is not essential but would be desirable.
