We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly experienced occupational therapist to be seconded for twelve months to lead the complex care occupational therapy service. You will be working as part of a complex care divisional management team with responsibility for ensuring the delivery of high quality evidenced based occupational therapy service for adult and children with continuing healthcare needs. We are looking to recruit a high calibre occupational therapist who can demonstrate effective leadership qualities and wants to work in an innovative service that is actively developing and changing in line with current health and social care policy. In return for your commitment, we can offer you the opportunity to develop your own clinical, leadership and managerial skills. You will have access to regular supervision and support from the Head of Occupational Therapy Services for Aneurin Bevan University Health Board and will receive direction and support from the Senior Nurse, Care Home Governance.
