We have an exciting opportunity for four highly motivated and enthusiastic pharmacy students to experience working with the pharmacy team in our state of the art new build department at the Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust. The placement is for 4 weeks, during the summer, on a voluntary basis.

The Trust provides acute treatment and care for a catchment population of around 500,000 people in Bath, and the surrounding towns and villages in North East Somerset and West Wiltshire. Our values; Everyone Matters, Working Together, Making a Difference, represent our aspiration for the type of hospitals we want to be and you can join our dedicated and talented staff to make this happen.

This opportunity is open to M-Pharm students preferably, but not exclusively, in their third year of study.

Your placement will include shadowing various pharmacy team members on the wards and in the dispensary, gaining experience in the daily role of pharmacists, technicians and assistants. You will also undertake a project as part of the placement.

Interviews will be held on 4th and 5th April.
