University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire is a major tertiary centre situated on the outskirts of Coventry, with good access to the whole of the Midlands and general motorway network.

We are looking for a motivated, highly specialised cardiac physiologist to join our friendly, energetic Cardiac Rhythm Management team in the role of a Chief CP in the EP/RFA & 3D mapping section.

You may be an experienced Chief Cardiac Physiologist, or a Senior Cardiac Physiologist, who has training in EP and is keen to develop their skills further and become part of this forward thinking team.

A working knowledge of other areas of Cardiology is essential as we are a major tertiary centre providing a full range of invasive and non-invasive procedures, and have a 24/7 PPCI service that is one of the best in the country.

We are committed to professional development, and work co-operatively with other professions/disciplines, encouraging and developing a multidisciplinary approach to cardiac care.

We aim to ensure excellent training and development and communication within the team, to be able to deliver a cohesive and motivated physiology workforce.

The department encourages and supports research and educational development, and we actively support students on Cardiac Physiology degree courses at various universities throughout the Midlands and South of England.

To apply for this post you must have full BHRS / IBrhe accreditation, and a Degree in Clinical Physiology, or equivalent. You should be on or eligible to join the RCCP register.
