The organisation has a goal to ensure the Digital team are meeting future opportunities and challenges by delivering an effective, high quality, professional and well co-ordinated business, transformation and improvement. The role is based within the Digital Services directorate, but will interact across the organisation and be supported by a PMO function. CSH are therefore looking for an experienced professional working across all levels of the organisation with considerable freedom to act, to lead and deliver the programme of work defined by the Digital Strategy Group. The position will play a critical role in supporting the CSH Executive and clinical leaders in delivering their key objectives of delivering services that provide outstanding patient care, ensure efficient use of resources and promote the CSH values and beliefs. The position will directly manage dedicated resources and matrix manage resources from across the organisation who are contributing to successful project delivery. The position is expected to mentor colleagues and transfer skills in order to grow and champion their role. In particular, the post holder will have specific project portfolio responsibilities enduring delivery of the wider digital transformation agenda through subordinate project managers (both substantive and specifically recruited to deliver a particular project). The successful candidate should have: • Masters degree in relevant subject or equivalent experience • PRINCE 2 Foundation • Delivery of a project that has made significant positive business impact • Planning of complex projects • Stakeholder management • Public sector procurement processes • Managing programmes of work • Managing projects

Recruitment - Golden Hello

Successful applicants, who have not worked for CSH within the last 12 months, will receive an amount of £2000 paid in two instalments: - £1000 upon commencement and a further £1000 following successful completion of probation. These payments are pro-rata for part- time posts. Payments will be subject to tax and NI National Insurance in the usual way.We don’t operate Golden Hellos for Band 7, Band 8 posts. Or Bank posts.
