An exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced administrator to join our busy Recruitment Team.

Last year we recruited around 1,000 people to join our ever growing teams and we anticipate that it will be a similar number in 2019.

The Recruitment Team in Bicester manages the recruitment for our call centres across the Trust, our Patient Transport Services (PTS) and also ad-hoc specialist or senior recruitment for the Trust.

The role is part time to work as a job share with an existing member of the team who recruit for PTS. You will need to be able to work between 16 and 20 hours a week over either 2 or 3 days. There is a requirement to support assessment centres or recruitment events at weekends or evenings, this works out at around one Saturday every 4 – 6 weeks.

    It would be good if you had Recruitment or NHS experienceit's not essential, but would be a bonus. Experience of dealing with people on the phone and by e-mail, working with Excel and other systems and experience of working in a busy, high volume environment are all essential. Full training on our processes and systems will be provided.
