NHS Norwich Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) became a statutory body from April 1st 2013. Our primary responsibility is to commission health services for the 205,000 people of Norwich and part of the Broadland area who are cared for by our Member GP Practices.

We are “clinically-led” which means NHS doctors and nurses take the decisions, supported by a team of experienced NHS managers.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced clinician to join the Brokerage team within Norfolk Continuing Care Partnership. This role will be key in supporting the service to deliver high quality, effective end of life care. This role will involve working within an office setting and supporting clients and their relatives in their own homes and nursing homes who are at the end of their life. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop your assessment skills, end of life service delivery skills and gain an excellent understanding of the continuing healthcare process.

We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic, motivated individual to join a supportive and dynamic team. This role offers excellent opportunities and is key in supporting the clients of Norfolk at the end of their lives. This role will involve travelling therefore a full driving license will be required
