A vacancy has arisen for a Finance Assistant based in the Accounts Payable Team within the Financial Planning and Reporting Section. 

The post holder will be incorporated within the current Accounts Payable team and the successful applicant will be responsible for the processing of supplier invoices on behalf of Rotherham Doncaster & South Humber NHS Foundation Trust.

Duties include the processing of invoices for payment via the computerised system, maintaining spreadsheets of ad-hoc payments, analysing reports from the computerised system and responding to enquiries from suppliers, customers and staff.

The successful applicant will have experience of data input into electronic systems, excel and word packages, knowledge of finance department procedures would be advantageous and be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines.  Accounts payable and NHS experience is desirable but not essential.

Applicants should have NVQ Level 2/Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) Foundation Level/ 3 GCSE(or equivalent) at Grade C or above, including English and Mathematics
