Gloucestershire Care Services operate Nurse led Hospitals with close working ties across all the Multidisciplinary Teams within their Hospitals. We are especially proud that the Inpatient wards were recently given an ‘outstanding’ rating for ‘care’ at the Care Quality Commission’s last inspection. Our passion for caring for our local population is also reflected in the feedback we receive from patients, their carers, family and friends. In four of the other areas we were also rated ‘good’.

In order to support our substantive staff and be part of their Team, we are looking for Healthcare Assistants who wish to work additional hours on our Bank who have the passion and commitment to deliver supportive and empathetic patient care who share our organisational values. This will also allow us to release our substantive Healthcare Assistants for further development, ensuring the department is staffed to our ‘safe staffing level’.

So, if you love what you do, looking to make a change or want to earn extra money, we want to hear from you!
