Salus Medical Services Limited is a federation of 21 GP practices operating in the North-East Hampshire and Farnham Clinical Commissioning Group area. We aim to stabilise, sustain and shape the plans for primary care and provide a unified voice for healthcare in North East Hampshire and Farnham.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Integrated Care Team (ICT) in an administrative role.

The successful applicant will be enthusiastic and dedicated to develop person centred, co-ordinated care tailored to the needs of patients, carers and families. Successful applicants will be eager to help shape developing workplace procedures, be flexible in their approach and enjoy a dynamic, changing environment.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with the requirement to provide cover 8.00-8.00 on a rota basis. We provide 25 days paid holiday as well as bank holidays and enrolment on the NHS Pension Scheme. As a team member you will support the Integration Manager and the ICT Clinical Leader with administrative tasks.

The role will be to work within our team in Aldershot, Farnborough and Fleet.

You will have experience of administrative work and be confident in using Microsoft Office applications as well as

e-mail programmes and databases. You will have the confidence to learn new skills and help develop new systems.
