This is an invitation for an experienced individual to lead and develop our highly skilled Technical Workforce and be a key shaper of the future of the Technical Services Team with the Managed Services function.

The role is central to change in our organisation, modelling the shared commitment and purpose that will come to define our organisational culture, we are already paving the way forward at King’s FM with a number of initiatives core to improving patient care, which are regarded worldwide.

The ability to adapt quickly to the context of the NHS is important – we’ll want you to be proactive in engaging with other service areas and to be able to ask the right questions around how technical services can respond and support patient care.

We are looking for an individual with strong communication skills, excellent technical knowledge and experience, strong relationship management skills who strives to take ownership, who wants to engage with and influence a large array of stakeholders, and support the Technical Services team to realise the full potential within healthcare.
