We are looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic registered children's nurse to join our dynamic team in the Paediatric Critical Care Unit in the Children's Hospital for Wales in Cardiff.

The Children's hospital provides a fantastic state of the art facility to deliver 21st Century care for the Children of Wales. We are excited to be opening a 7th critical care bed. The facility encompasses outpatient care, medicine, surgery, critical care, oncology, renal, cardiology, therapies including hydrotherapy and an integrated Children's Theatre Suite. Paediatric Critical Care offers a combined unit with ITU and HDU patients on the same unit.

Successful candidates will have a passion for delivering the highest standards of care, and need to be sensitive towards children and their families, maintain standards of confidentiality and uphold the values of the UHB. In addition the person should be professional, possess good communication skills, and have a flexible approach to working within the service.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
