Could you be the new Head of Marketing & Communications for OneMedicalGroup?

We are looking for someone who is dynamic, comfortable with change and is keen to work in a forward thinking organisation. You will be able to demonstrate outstanding marketing and communications skills, with a proven track record in the planning, developing and delivery of marketing strategies; public relations and marketing communications - ideally with working knowledge and experience within a health and primary care setting.

The role

As Head of Marketing & Communications you will direct the efforts of the marketing, communications and public relations staff and coordinate the strategy and performance of this function.

You will oversee the development and implementation of marketing strategies and services for OneMedicalGroup (comprising of OneWellness, OneWorkforce, OnePrimaryCare and OneMedicalProperty), with the overall aim to improve lives by putting people first and working together for a better future.

Our central support team is based in North Leeds, in the grounds of a working farm, Bank Top Farm.

Where you will be working

The role will require regular travel between our 10 (and growing!) sites across the country, from Berkshire right up to the picturesque Lake District region, with your base at our support centre in the rural outskirts of Leeds.


Our Bank Top Farm Support Centre and offers a beautiful Yorkshire countryside location combined with proximity to north Leeds, Harrogate and major arterial transport links around the country.
