We are seeking highly motivated and committed Pharmacist with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills to join our bank.

 

We are looking for a pharmacist with a Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy to provide services to Acute Medical Unit at TGH. Key tasks will be medicines reconciliation supported by a ward based pharmacy technician, prescription chart review, ensuring patients have appropriate supplies of medicines, and processing discharge prescriptions.


In the role of Pharmacist, we will be encouraging you to work as an autonomous practitioner, with our client group to help maintain and support their long-term clinical needs.

You will be working as a Band 7 Pharmacist, you will be responsible for the planning and management of your own caseload, service delivery using an impact-based model of clinical decision making, actively contributing to service development and providing supervision and support to junior staff members.
