Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS trust is a large acute hospital trust in the South East of England operating from two main clinical sites: Maidstone Hospital and Tunbridge Wells hospital. We have a rewarding opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician to work at The Tunbridge Wells Hospital site in the beautiful location of Pembury.

In this post you will gain experience and training of hospital pharmacy practice including dispensing and medication counselling for inpatients and outpatients.

Duties will also include the supervision and training of pharmacy assistants, pre-registration pharmacy technicians and pre-registration pharmacists.

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated technician with good interpersonal and organisational skills.

Please note this post includes a weekend working commitment as per a rota of 1 in 6 weeks (6.5hours on Saturday and 5.5 hours on Sunday).
