We are seeking a customer oriented experienced BI professional to work collaboratively with our customers to develop the BI service provision to support their evolving needs and changing priorities. The post holder will be responsible for the management of contract performance to achieve high rates of customer satisfaction, joining up BI subject matter expertise, analytics and reporting services to enable customers to deliver their strategic and operations objectives. The post holder will require strong business partnering, project management and planning skills with a background in analytics and reporting preferably within the NHS.

South, Central and West (SCW) is one of five commissioning support units in the country. We provide support and professional expertise for over 70 NHS and non-NHS customers. Our 1200 staff are based in over 40 different locations across our geography which stretches across most of the south of England.
