We place the individual at the centre of everything we do, not just their condition and treatment. This means listening to what they have to say, recognising their needs and responding appropriately.

We use electronic systems and are just about to introduce an electronic patient’s record system RiO to our wards. Our digital plans also include the introduction of EPMA (electronic prescribing medication administration system).

We offer preceptorship, career development pathways, training and personal development within our wards and through our organisational development team to ensure you have the knowledge and skills to meet patient needs and complete your CPD revalidation requirements.
